Ideally, when you’ve finished your last bite of food, take the two daily screenshots and post them to the private Facebook group or email them to your coach immediately so you do not forget.
In the beginning, you may want to set a daily recurring alarm on your phone that says “Submit MacroRx+ screenshots” until it has become a habit.
This also helps keep your accountable from wanting to graze later in the evening after you are done with your calories for the day. Hunger later in the evening after your meal time is a good sign its time for bed!
