Paleo Ginger Pork Tenderloin
Marinating your meats ahead of time saves a ton of time at dinner time! This recipe makes for some happy faces at the dinner table.

- 1/2 cup Coconut Aminos
- 1 Tbsp Ginger, fresh
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 1/2 lb Pork Tenderloin
In a bowl, whisk together coconut aminos, ginger, honey, and lemon. Add cilantro and garlic.
Add the pork and marinate at least an hour.
Grill pork tenderloin, flipping once until meat registers 140 degrees. Remove them from grill when they come to temperature and transfer to serving platter to rest for 5 minutes.
